Working closely with customers from the very start allows us to provide the service they require. We’re with them every step of the way from the design to installation and maintenance.

Technical Support

easi-edge will assign each project a Project Co-ordinator who will...

• Attend meetings with Main Contractors and Steel Fabricators before the project starts and as necessary throughout the project
• Identify the most suitable system for the project
• Advise Steel Fabricator on drilling requirements, in terms of size and location of holes etc.
• Establish indexing requirements
• Liaise with Main Contractor, Steel Fabricator and Decking Contractor to establish phasing and indexing requirements
• Provide colour coded, marked-up drawings showing location of easi-edge edge protection
• Equipment pre-indexed and colour coded before being delivered to site, therefore reducing the need for further work on-site
• Detailing software used includes StruCAD and AutoCAD

Field Engineers

As an added bonus easi-edge provide us with a team of experienced Field Engineers who are available from day one of the barriers being delivered to our site.

They provide us with the following service:

• On-site training
  • Tool box’ talks
  • Certificates of attendance
  • Site inspections
• Problem solving
• Can assist with transfer of hires to the Contractor or Main Contractor

As an additional benefit their Field Engineers are CSCS card holders and are City & Guilds 7301 trained.
